Anti-Drone Stand-Out In Boston November 16th

PLEASE IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO COME TO DC PARTICIPATE IN THIS LOCAL ACTION. AND BRING OTHERS WITH YOU.

If people (friends, family, neighbors, etc) are reluctant to protest, if they are unable to feel empathy for those terrorized in distant lands, I suggest an appeal to self-interest. Every time our government murders people "over there" it endangers us here. And if we the people don't take a stand now there will be killer drones in US skies before long, aimed at us by our own "law enforcement" personnel and our own military.

Here's hoping many attend the DC conference and that downtown Boston is filled with demonstrators. srm

The Saturday vigil on November 16 will be devoted to protesting US drone warfare abroad and drone surveillance in this country. Come to Park St Station at 1:00 to raise your voice to stop the killer robots flying over Afghanistan, Pakistan, Yemen, Somalia and elsewhere. We'll have a drone replica and show the trauma inflicted by drones. This is part of national days of action against drones including a drone summit in Washington. Also, consider joining the Eastern Massachusetts Anti-Drones Network. Contact Marilyn Levin, MarilynL@alumni.neu.edu. Our next meeting is at the AFSC building, 2161 Mass Ave, Camb on Dec 10 @ 7:45.
