AMERICAN LEFT HISTORY

This space is dedicated to the proposition that we need to know the history of the struggles on the left and of earlier progressive movements here and world-wide. If we can learn from the mistakes made in the past (as well as what went right) we can move forward in the future to create a more just and equitable society. We will be reviewing books, CDs, and movies we believe everyone needs to read, hear and look at as well as making commentary from time to time. Greg Green, site manager

Hey all!

This year for the CIW SPRING ACTION, the Coalition of Immokalee Workers will be embarking on their Return to Human Rights Tour. The Northeast will be joining the CIW and allies from across the country in Columbus, Ohio on March 25-26th for a 1 day conference and march! The action coming up soon we are working on getting a bus to pick up in Boston, Providence, and NYC. If you are interested in going, Please fill out the Registration Form! by FRIDAY March 17th.

If you are unable to go on the bus, but would still like the support the mobilization happening from the Northeast, please consider donating to our YouCaring, as we are committed to keeping this trip accessible to anyone.
