President Trump Has the Nuclear Codes
Dear wg,
National has launched a campaing to get cosponsors on the Markey/Lieu legislation to prevent a president from ordering a nuclear first strike without a congressional declaraton of war.
We'll send our alert tomorrow, and I've posted it at http://masspeaceaction.org/president-trump-has-the-nuclear-launch-codes/.
I also formatted it as a printable petition (attached) -- MAPA's first of 2017 -- and it went over well at the Tingle event on Saturday and at the Just War talk yesterday in Newton.
