This conference marks the 100th anniversary of the Balfour Declaration, which committed Britain to the establishment of a ‘national home for the Jewish people’ in Palestine without consulting the indigenous population.  It will explore the consequences of this British commitment, and how we in the US can push for  a just resolution of a century-old conflict with equal rights for Israelis and Palestinians.
