Newton MA Impeach Trump Event
|
This space is dedicated to the proposition that we need to know the history of the struggles on the left and of earlier progressive movements here and world-wide. If we can learn from the mistakes made in the past (as well as what went right) we can move forward in the future to create a more just and equitable society. We will be reviewing books, CDs, and movies we believe everyone needs to read, hear and look at as well as making commentary from time to time. Greg Green, site manager

With each day, the movement calling on Congress to impeach Donald Trump is growing -- and the time to start organizing locally is now. Citizens are mobilizing right here in Newton, Massachusetts to answer the call to protect our democracy.
For those of you in the Newton area, please join Free Speech For People Board Chair, Ben Clements, and me for an evening conversation and special presentation to learn more about the campaign and the case for impeachment. We will be gathering on Tuesday, March 21st from 7pm to 9pm at the New Art Center, 61 Washington Park, in Newton.
This event is sponsored by Free Speech For People, RootsAction.org, and Indivisible Massachusetts Action.
