Wednesday October 12th 3:15 PM - UMass Boston Plaza
Increasing tuition and student fees, cuts to classes and programs, and threatening layoffs to staff and faculty while at the same time spending tons for inflated administration salaries that they’re making us pay for - is this what the UMass administration means by “serving the public good of our city”?
With threats of further attacks like decreasing the Campus Shuttle schedule, increasing parking fees, and more layoffs that will undermine our quality of education hanging over our heads, it’s more important now than ever that we fight back and say no! If we get organized and active, together we can defeat these attacks and keep UMass a university for working people.
Come out on October 12th to stand with us and say our education is not a business - no cuts or hikes at UMass! Cancel student debt!
