This space is dedicated to the proposition that we need to know the history of the struggles on the left and of earlier progressive movements here and world-wide. If we can learn from the mistakes made in the past (as well as what went right) we can move forward in the future to create a more just and equitable society. Pats Fans Against Racism

PATS FANS AGAINST RACISM

Peaceful protest swept the NFL and professional sports last weekend in what was coined "Choose-Your-Side Sunday" by Football Hall-of-Famer Charles Woodson. Hundreds of players took a knee during the national anthem to take a stand against racial inequality in the US and Trump's outrageous remarks about Kaepernick and other players who have taken a knee.

Pats fans and Socialist Alternative members in Greater Boston are launching PATS FANS AGAINST RACISM to support the Pats players taking a knee against racism in the US. We're going to organize fun events like game watches to bring together like minded fans, watch the Patriots kick ass, and build the #TakeAKnee movement.
