Veterans Day, Veterans' Lives-Warrior Writers

t
Veterans Day is coming up and the typical 'Veterans Day sales' begin, flag ceremonies are scheduled and chain restaurants prepare extra Bloomin’ Onions. Meanwhile, veterans young and old continue to struggle with health care access, mental health issues, employment and suicide. Many veterans want to move through this and are succeeding. They want to be involved in their communities, communicate more effectively and experience Post-Traumatic Growth. At Warrior Writers, we are integral in these journeys. And we know what makes a real impact in veterans’ lives, being there when it matters. Veterans often tell us that Warrior Writers has and continues to save their lives. We continue to nurture a perceptive and considerate community amongst veterans and friends. We consistently offer opportunities to connect, express and share. We’ve been doing this crucial, life-changing work for 10 years! We plan to do it for another 10, but we need your generous assistance. And we know you want to support an organization that truly makes a difference in veterans’ lives.
“I really appreciate the experience I’ve had personally with WW and I believe what the organization does is truly instrumental in helping veterans like myself.”
- Ron Davis, one of our newest participant’s in Philadelphia
Please consider donating now, to help veterans come to Philadelphia for our Birthday Celebration next weekend (17-19th) to celebrate 10 years of creativity, connection and  wellness.

With Love and Gratitude for your support,
