Veterans For Peace has a robust response to the crisis on the Korean Peninsula. VFP’s Korea Peace Campaign is very active, working in solidarity with U.S. based Korean activists to push for negotiations to finally peacefully end the Korean War and for concrete diplomatic solutions such as “Freeze for a Freeze”.
Veterans For Peace has clearly condemned the administration’s choice to escalate hostilities in Afghanistan and we continue to resist war and push for peaceful solution through street protests, education and lobbying Congress. 
VFP has launched our Ban the Bomb campaign which focused on pushing the U.S. towards taking steps to eliminate nuclear weapons.
Veterans For Peace continues to represent your voice to resist the enormous Pentagon budget and demand money be diverted from war-making to human needs and peacebuilding. You and other members speak out at public events, write letters, speak to students and protest and lobby Congress.
From Charlottesville to Seattle, Veterans For Peace members and chapters hit the streets to protest hate. Members marched in peaceful protest, spoke out against all forms of bigotry and are working to build stronger communities.
