Upcoming Court Appearances for Aegis 9 Defendants
Those arrested at BIW on April 1 for blocking the gate during another ‘christening’ of an Aegis destroyer have the following upcoming court appearances scheduled. All of these court dates will be at the West Bath District Court (101 New Meadows Rd).
- Disposition hearing on Wednesday, June 28 at 8:30 am
- Motions hearing on Wednesday, August 23 at 8:30 am
- Jury selection on Thursday, Sept 7 at 8:30 am
- Trial date not yet decided
