Dear friends, You may be aware that Chelsea Manning is in jail again – this time for refusing to testify to a grand jury against Wikileaks. She said: “I will not participate in a secret process that I morally object to, particularly one that has been historically used to entrap and persecute activists for protected political speech”. The state persecution of Chelsea Manning is a scandal.
