U.S. Women’s Soccer Fights Sexism and Discrimination With the Women’s World Cup heating up the US Women’s National Soccer Team is suing the US Soccer Federation for unequal compensation and lesser working conditions. Corporations see athletes as a way to make profit and so will pay women less for making less of a profit. We need to use the momentum of the growing women’s movement to fight back against a system that leads to sexist unequal treatment and the exploitation of workers. |
